Engineering genius, Harry Ferguson is noted for his role in the development of the modern agricultural tractor, for becoming the first Irishman to build and fly his own airplane, and for developing the first four-wheel drive Formula One car. Today his name lives on in the name of the Massey Ferguson company.

The talk is being given by Mr. George Conn who has worked in agricultural engineering and will trace the work of the Irish engineer and inventor Henry George “Harry” Ferguson.
